Here's how to get a custom photo pendant with ICECARTEL:  1) Go to our website and choose the custom photo pendant design that you want. If you want a completely custom design, please send me your design idea here.

2) Upload Your photo directly on the product page or send it to me here. You can also choose the size, color, and bail size for your custom photo pendant. Also, let me know if you want to add any engraving on the back of the pendant.

3) After your order is confirmed, we will start manufacturing. This usually takes 10-14 days.

4) Once your custom photo pendant is complete, we'll send you photos and videos for confirmation. Once you have given us the green light, we'll ship it using UPS or FedEx and it will be delivered to you in 4 business days.
